Dry Aged Select
Our premium Dry Aged Select range features carefully selected cuts, from the animals that perform exceptionally on the veld only. There is a limited number of them available, they are FAT, MARBLED and the exception to the rule. These SELECT carcases have been dry aged a minimum of 35 days in our special ageing chamber to develop exceptional depth of flavour, tenderness, and character. Each piece is a testament to the craft of traditional butchery.
