Langside Meats is a proudly South African company based in Komani, Eastern Cape. We specialise in premium-quality meat boxes, carefully packed and delivered nationwide.

2. Products and Packaging

All our meat boxes are:

  • Vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated polystyrene containers.

  • Accompanied by dry ice to ensure freshness during transit.

  • Shipped from our facility every Monday.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery within the expected time frame to maintain product quality.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Nationwide delivery across South Africa.

  • Orders are dispatched every Monday.

  • Expected delivery time: 30 to 54 hours from dispatch.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

Langside Meats is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.

If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your order:

Orders may be cancelled before Friday 5 PM prior to Monday dispatch. After that, all orders are considered final due to packing and logistics arrangements.

Langside Meats is not liable for:

  • Spoilage due to late collection or absence at the delivery address.

  • Improper storage by the customer after delivery.
