Langside's selected dry-aged products come from only the finest, highest-quality animals. Each cut is carefully selected and then aged for 35 to 40 days in our custom-built dry-aging room, allowing the flavour and tenderness to develop to their fullest potential. These exceptional animals are FAT, MARBLED and the exception to the rule.
